Q: I know it's important to exercise but I have such a busy schedule. When am I supposed to make time for fitness in my hectic life?
A: Believe it or not, by incorporating workouts in your schedule, you will be more productive!
We offer a variety of morning, evening and weekend classes which makes it easy to add exercise to your week.
Q: I get intimidated by large classes. Will I get lost in the crowd?
A: What makes us famous is the personal attention provided in our private, upscale studio setting. You will receive the high caliber workout of a large gym, without feeling lost in the crowd.
Q: Do you offer babysitting services?
A: We have babysitting services available Monday through Friday for our morning classes. Our childcare provider is a warm, loving, frum babysitter. The entrance for our babysitting site is located adjacent to the studio entrance. (Sick children may not join the group.)
Q: I have never exercised before, do you have beginner classes?
A: Our instructors are highly trained to teach to all fitness levels. Our experienced instructors are able to guide advanced, intermediate and beginner levels within a single class by modifying techniques and intensity, as needed on a individual basis.
Q: I am currently pregnant. Do I have to ask my doctor before joining your classes?
A: Always consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program. We are able to direct you to an appropriate class for this stage.
Q: I don't appreciate the loud music with lyrics that one hears at gyms.
What type of music do you play?
A: We are very careful with our music selections and only play appropriate but motivating instrumental music that makes you want to get up and move!
Q: Do you require a certain dress code at your facility?
A: Women and girls are required to wear a skirt over their legging or pants and a comfortable top to cover their elbows.
Q: I'm over 50 and can't do all the moves the younger girls do? Do you have a class for me?
A: Absolutely! We have designed a class specifically for the "50+" crowd to build bone strength and to improve posture, balance and flexibility.
Q: What is the profile and expertise of your instructors?
A: We are exceedingly proud of our team of all frum instructors! Our staff is dedicated to creating highly successful exercise routines and providing you with valuable personalized attention to maximize your workouts.
Q: What is the typical duration of your classes?
A: All of our classes are fully packed with motivating workouts
and each of our classes runs for 45 minutes.
Q: My pediatrician said my kids need to start an exercise program.
Do you offer children's classes?
A: We have developed a structured fitness program. Developed with the advice of physical and occupational therapists, this program gets your child moving! Our program allows children to expend excess energy, build core strength, improve focus and attention and learn how to follow directions.
